Humayun’s Tomb is a historical monument located in Delhi, India and is considered the precursor of the Taj Mahal. This mausoleum was built by Maharani Bega Begum, also known as Haji Begum, in memory of her husband, the Mughal emperor Humayun.
It was completed in 1572. It was designed by Persian architect Mirak Mirza Ghias.
